Looking back.......

I was checking my favorite blogs the other day and found out that Brandin (co-owner of Webster's Pages) has never scrapped before!!! I don't believe it!!!!! She makes all these beautiful and gorgeous products!!!!! How come she never scrapped before!!!??? Okay, well she's doing these assignments given from the DT members every week and she has to accomplish them:) I saw her first page that was posted recently and it was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! And her words really touched my heart... (I pasted it below) If you haven't seen it yet, you should check it out!!! There will be a random winner every week if you comment on her pages:D HERE

When I read about all this, it reminded me of my first page. It's kind of embarrassing but I'll show you! hehe

先日ブログ巡りをしてたところ、Webster's Pagesのブログを読んで知りました。なんとあのWebster's PagesのオーナーであるBrandinが今までSBしたことがない！！！？？？あんなに綺麗な商品をデザインしてるのにSBしたことないとは、本当にびっくり仰天でした！！！彼女は今毎週DTから出されたお題に添ってLOを作っていきます。そして、先日最初のLOをアップしてました^^とっても綺麗でしたよ！！！初めての作品とは思えないくらい。彼女の言葉にもすごく感動しました。そして、自分が作った最初の作品のことを思い出させてくれました。せっかくなので、Brandinの言葉を簡単に翻訳しますね^^

I don't have a husband because I'm divorced, but I have my most beloved Nanami with me. And I wish to scrapbook our precious memories in the future too. And hope someday we can look back and laugh together....

私は離婚して旦那はいないけど、私には一番大切な娘、菜々美がいます。これからもおばあちゃんになってもスクラップブッキングを続けて、私達の大切な思い出を残していきたいです。そして、いつか振り返ったときに過去のことを思い出して、一緒に笑えたらいいな。

Hello! Just a quick post today:)

I was published in a Swedish magazine called "Scrapbooking m.m." (May/June issue). And here's the project that was published. An altered photo stand made with Webster's Pages. Some of you might have seen this already because this was made last year:)

Design Team for No Scrap. No Life!

Hi Everyone!

I have very happy news today!!!

I have been chosen as a design team member for my favorite shop "No Scrap, No Life!"!!! Wow, this is m first opportunity and I'm soooooooo excited!!!

My Top 3 Layouts for 2009

Okay, here are my top 3 layouts I made last year. Well, I like the ones I made recently.

I like how this layout really matched this photo. This was chosen FAB in Prima's Build-A-Page.

こちらは、写真がぴったりLOに合っていたので本当に大好きです^^こちらはPrimaのBAPでFABとして選ばれました☆

This LO, I used one of my favorite photo taken at a studio. I think they took her really nice:) Also, this was chosen as a featured picture at inspireME.
こちらは私の大切な写真を使いました。スタジオアリスで撮ったものです^^最初はどうなるかと思いましたが、可愛く撮ってもらえたのでよかったです^^こちらはWebster's PagesのinspireMEでfeatured photosとして選ばれたものです^^

"Always"

These photos were taken with my daughter. The main pic is also one of my favorites. I made this LO based on scrap×scrap for the first time and was chosen as 2nd winner. Wow, I was really happy!!!
こちらは久々に撮った親子の写真を使いました。初めてのscrap×scrap参加で2nd winnerとして選ばれました。とっても嬉しかったです^^

My last project this year:)

Live Your Dreams

Another altered project using Websters! I think this is going to be my last work this year. Well, I made quite a lot this couple of days.
This, I was inspired from Iris's project from Webster's Pages Christmas Crop. To make this you just need to use is the glass part from a normal frame. Wow, that's a great idea!!! How inspiring!!! I decorated this with Nature's Storybook series. I love this series!!! I think I'm going to take the rest for a special pic.

またWebstersでalteredを作りました^^たぶんこれが今年最後の作品になると思います☆でも、ここ数日でけっこうたくさん作った気がします^^;;来年もたくさん作れたらいいな〜^^
この作品はIrisの作品から魅了されました。この土台となっているのは、普通のフレームから取ったガラス部分です。もちろんこれもIrisのアイデアです^^とっても面白い！！！そして誰でも簡単に手が入る！最高です^^☆
ガラスをWebster's のNature's Storybookでデコレートしました。このシリーズは大のお気に入りです☆残りは特別の写真に取っておこうと思います^^

I made a lot of great memories and met a lot of great people this year through scrapbooking. I hope to continue scrapbooking and look forward to making new memories and meeting new people. Thank you so much!!!

It's Prima!!!!

It's not a winter layout, but it's Prima!!!! I LOVE PRIMA!!!!!
It's been a little while since I used Prima papers though. This layout, I picked up from one of the layouts posted on Webster's Pages inspireME. It was really lovely, so it made me want to make something that's close to it. Seeing people's work is very inspiring!!! There are many, many talented people!!! Also, I think, seeing colors is inspiration. Like instance, interior, nature, art, and so on.
今回は冬のLOではないけど、久々にPrimaのペーパーで作りました^^Prima、大大大好きーーー！！！！
このLOに似たようなLOをinspireMEで見つけ、とっても魅力的だったのでリフトしてみました^^☆他の方の作品を見るの大好き！！！すっごくインスパイアになります！！！たくさんの方が才能を持っていて、見ていてすごく刺激になります^^それ以外にも、たくさんの色を見るのがインスパイアにつながると思います。例えば、私はインテリア、自然、アートなど見るのも好きです^^

There are lots of things I did to this layout. But actually, I did a mistake....

I wasn't supposed to stamp around the edges, I really wanted to, was to punch out into doily laces. Since it couldn't punch it out right, I changed it to stamping. Well, I think it turned out okay...
かなりこのLOには色々しました^^; 実はミスをしたんです。。。

何にミスをしたかと言うと、本当は周りをスタンピングするのではなく、doily lacesにパンチをしたかったんです。だけど、あまりにもパンチが固くて変になってしまいました^^;;そのため、急きょスタンプに変更。かなりゴチャゴチャしてるが、仕上がりはまあまあかな^^;

I am making something everyday lately. It's just so fun!! I can't help myself without not touching the papers!!!
Yep, I'm a scrapaholic. haha.
最近また毎日SBしてます。とてもとても楽しくてたまりません！！ペーパーを触ってないと落ち着きません^^;
はい、かなりのscrapaholicです！！！やっぱり大好きなんだなぁ^^

Winter Layout-part 2-

When I took this picture at night, I made the room really bright even though she's asleep. hahaha.
It's not quite winter though.
I inked around the die-cut with pink distress ink. Doesn't that make it look really soft?

私の可愛い赤ちゃんが寝ているところです^^
せっかく夜寝てるのに、思いっ切り部屋を明るくして撮りました（笑）
だけど、そんなに冬のＬＯではないですよね^^;雰囲気だけ☆
ダイカットの周りをピンクのディストレスインクでDPTしました。DPTすることによって、雰囲気は一段とソフトになりますよね^^


Oh, and while I was making this layout, my daughter was taking a nap. When I was finishing it, she woke up.
Look what she made while I was finishing my LO!!!

WOWWW, she decorated my template!!!!
She surrounded the die-cut deer with Prima flowers!!! Isn't she talented!! haha!
But, I stopped her when she was about to glue them on....

このLOを作っている間、娘は寝ていました。そして、仕上げてる時に起きてきたのですが、横でなんと私がこのLOを仕上げてる間にこんなものを作ってました^^

テンプレートを可愛く飾ってくれました^^
鹿のダイカットの周りにPrimaのフラワーが☆
才能ある娘です（笑）さすがにのり付けしようとした時は止めましたが^^;
今このブログをアップしている間も娘は自分が作ったLOを嬉しそうに指さしてます（笑）

Winter Layout

Do You Believe in Magic?








Hi! It's been a little while since I updated my blog.
Well, Webster's Pages again. I really love their papers! So gorgeous!!!
I used the "Believe" as part of the title, which was on the vellum paper from the beginning. I thought it would be perfect for this picture I used on this layout.

少しぶりにブログをアップします☆
今回もまたWebster's Pagesのペーパーを使いました^^とても品があって大好きです！！！
今回のＬＯのタイトルはヴェラムに最初からあった『Believe』をそのまま使って、『Do You

Believe in Magic?』にしました。（あなたは魔法を信じる？）この写真にぴったり合うかなって思って^^

I made the tree show from beneath the vellum paper. Also the pink circle is underneath the vellum too. This made the layout look really soft.
The bird house on the right upper hand was cut out from another paper and made it pop-up. I glittered the roof of this bird house with Stickles.
On the left side of the picture are some Prima roses. I cut out the center of the white rose and added one of the Prima center crystals to it.

今回は初めてヴェラムペーパーを使用してみました^^
ヴェラムの下にはツリーとピンクのサークルを持ってきて、かすかに見えるようにしました。
こうすることによって、ＬＯが優しい色合いになりました^^
それ以外には、右手にあるバードハウスを他のペーパーからカットし、ポップアップにしました☆そして、屋根をSticklesでキラキラに^^☆
左手のフラワーは全てPrimaのものです。白のバラの中心を切り取り、Primaのcenter crystalを付けてみました。

Using A Heartful Picture

Hi everyone!!
This is my new layout. I made it with Graphic 45 again. haha. I really love how their papers look so vintage.
The picture in my layout is the same as the one used for the header. My favorite picture!
This is a picture I took when me and my daughter went to see cosmoses. I took this when we were in the train going home. In my daughter's hands are flowers we picked for grandma & grandpa.

このLOにはヘッダーでも使用している写真を使いました。私のお気に入りの写真です^^
この写真は私と娘が二人でコスモスを見に行った帰りに電車の中で撮ったものです。娘の手には、おじいちゃん、おばあちゃんのために摘んだコスモスが^^この写真では大事に持ってるように見えますが、実は振り回してました（汗）

Maybe I did too much on this layout, right?
ごちゃごちゃしすぎたかな？？（汗）

Oh well, I think its okay. hahaha
ま、いっか^^;

I'm a guest designer for "No Scrap, No Life"!!! Wow!!
And this is my mini book layout I maid. The collection kit is SOOOOOO stunning! I don't believe it!!! Everything included is beautiful! It took me only 2 DAYS to make this book!! It was really, really fun!

今回、ショップの『No Scrap, No Life!』さんのゲストデザイナーとしてミニブックとフォトフレームを掲載していただきました！！！
とっても可愛いコレクションキットで届いた時、『きゃーーー、素敵！！！』ってなりました！！！本当に素敵で、キット内容盛りだくさんで、びっくりしました^^ミニブック作ってる時ももちろん、ドキドキワクワク^^♪２日で２作品仕上げちゃいました（笑）

Everything besides the leaves used for the cover, and the stickers and rub-ons used inside of the book is included in the kit.

Isn't it pretty? I added shadows to the women in the front cover to make it appear more clearly. The key and charm is stunning, isn't it?

I used the pics I took when we went to see roses at Tombo-ike park. One of my favorite pics.

I love how this mini book turned out!!!

ミニブックの表紙に使用した葉っぱ（Prima）と、中身に使用したステッカーとラブオン以外は全てコレクションキットに含まれています♪
表紙のきれいな女の人を強調するのに、少し影を足して、ブックの周りの角の周辺だけDPTしました☆他のページも同様DPTしてます。ミニブックのリングには鍵とチャームが付いてます☆これが付いてるだけでグッと変わりますね^^

中身の写真は、先日バラ園で撮った写真を使用しました☆

すっごく出来上がりに満足です☆これはやばいですね（笑）

With the left supplies, I maid a photo frame. This frame and stand were bought at seria, an 100 Yen shop. I glued the ribbon around it and decorated with flowers. Inside I put my daughter's pic, and a women sleeping inside(one of the cut outs of the papers included to the kit). Titled "Peaceful".

The flower vine, the punched out fence and cut out leaves are not included to the kit.

そして、フォトフレームは残ったＰＰとフラワーとリボンで作りました。フレームとスタンドはseria（１００均）で購入したものです☆はい、最近seriaにはまってます（笑）
周りにリボンをのり付けし、フラワーで飾り付け♪
中には、娘の写真と寝ている女の人を入れました！！名づけて『Peaceful』=『平和』^^
このフォトフレームに使用した一部のフラワーとＰＰは手持ちのものを使いました^^（葉っぱとフェンスカットアウト、大きいフラワーから出ているPrima vinesは私物です）

まだPP残ってるので１２インチのLOも出来そうです^^

My First Star Book!!!

I made a star book for the first time. This took me so much time!!! I think 12inch layouts are better with me. It doesn't take that much time. But still, I want learn to make a lot of kinds of books and altered projects!

初めてスターブックを作ってみました！！！
これ、かなり時間かかりました！！！たぶん当分はスターブックは作らない^^;
どうやら私には時間があまりかからない１２インチの方が合ってるみたい^^;
だけど、何でも勉強！！！ミニブックもこれから挑戦していくぞーーーー！

This cook is really small. It's only 3 by 3 inch. The pics inside are YES! It's me with my daughter!!! It's getting boring right? I nee to take more pics!! Well, these days when I go somewhere with my daughter, I don't take my camera with me. It's because when I do, I can't play with my daughter. So, when I want to take pics, I usually take my little sister with me. She plays with Nanami for me^^

このミニブックは超ミニサイズ★３×３インチです。
中身はまた親子の写真です（汗）しかも、s×sに使ったときのもの^^;もうそろそろ親子の写真には飽きてきたかな。
また写真撮らないと！！！最近はね、思いっきり遊びに行くときと写真を撮りに行くときと分けてます。やっぱり写真撮りながらだとなかなか我が子と遊べないから^^;
どっかいいところないかな〜★

Guest Design Team for scrap×scrap #19

I was invited for the guest design team for scrap×scrap #19.
These are the challenges below.

1. Make a page (or anything you like) related to Christmas.
2. Add something glittering on your creation.
3. Use some felt (anything, such as embellishment ,stickers and hand made flowers).


今月のscrap×scrap #19のGDTとしてＬＯを掲載していただきました^^
こちらが今月のお題です☆

1.クリスマス関連のレイアウト
2.なにかキラキラするものを使う
3.フェルト素材を使う（エンベリ，ステッカー，自作フラワーなど，フェルト素 材なら何でも）・・・snowさんより

The picture is taken with my friends, when I used to go to Human Academy cabin attendant class. (Yep, that time I wanted to be a cabin attendant)
This Christmas tree is decorated at Harbis Ent every year. All is decorated with Swarovski! Wow!!!

写真は数年前に撮ったもので、ヒューマンアカデミーのＣＡクラスでできた友達と一緒にクリスマスツリーの前で撮ったものです。（あの頃はＣＡを目指してました、笑）
このクリスマスツリーは毎年ハービスＥＮＴで飾られるのですが、全てスワロフスキーで飾られてるんです！！！すごくキラキラしててきれいでした^^

For 2., I used Prima's Holiday vines. I cut the leaves and put it around the flowers.

2.のお題であるキラキラするものは、PrimaのHolidayシリーズのvinesを使用しました。部分部分カットして、フラワーの周りに差し込んでます^^

For 3., now this was very difficult. But I decided to make my very own flower. I cut the felt into peddles and sewed it to each other to make a rose(can you tell the white little flower besides the red BIG flower? Hard to tell, right?) This was kind of hard to make, so I decided to make only one of it. haha.

3.のフェルト素材を使うのには、すっごく悩みました^^;

悩んだ結果、自作フラワーを作ることにしました。分かるかな？？？赤の大きいフラワーの横にある白の小さいバラです！花びら型にフェルトをカットし、一枚一枚縫い合わせて作りました。仕上がってからめんどくさい事に気づき、一個だけにしました（笑）

The main paper used in the layout, is again, Prima's Paintables. I cut the middle of it, and painted with water colors. This is very useful!!! You can paint it ti any situation you want it to be! This time I wanted to make it elegant, so I decided to make it with gold, black and red.

この土台に使用しているＰＰはまたまたPrimaのPaintablesです。中をカットし、周りを水彩絵の具で塗りました。このPaintablesはとっても便利^^どんなシチュエーションも自由自在に自分で決めれるから〜♪今回は写真に合わせて大人っぽくエレガントに仕上げたかったので、金、黒、赤で統一しました^^

Since it was kind of simple, I also painted the swirls around the flowers(the one around the flowers on the right top) These were painted with acrylic paint.

右上のフラワーの周りが最初何もなかったのですが、ちょっとそれじゃあ寂しかったので金と白のスワールはアクリル絵の具で描きました。

The notes under the picture(I was searching for this SO hard. I was able to buy it by auction) is inked to make it look more vintage. The part below of it is rolled up.

写真の下に敷いてある楽譜（これいろいろと探し回りました^^; 結局はオークションで必死になって落札しました、笑）の周りをインキングし、ヴィンテージ感をもっと出してみました。そして、下の部分をクルクル〜と巻きました^^

The vision of this layout came it really quickly after seeing the paper and picture together, so I was able to make this very smoothly.

I would like to thank you scrap×scrap for inviting me!!!

ＬＯの雰囲気はＰＰと写真を見てからすぐに決まったので、けっこうスムーズに作ることができました！！そして、自分が購入したキット以外に自作フラワーにも挑戦できたし、とてもいい経験でした！このような機会を下さったscrap×scrapに感謝です^^
